I have been taking Manuka Honey for many years. I do feel I benefit from taking a teaspoonfull a day or a dessert spoonfull on porridge or cereal.

Fabulous service and brilliant honey

I can taste a HUGE difference between this and store bought honeys, the texture is very nice and the flavor is beautiful.
When i took my first spoonful it took care of my sore throat very quickly.

Iv just ordered more and I only take one spoonful a day and its very good at keeping me well and keeping sore throats and sickness away.

Before I ordered here I bought on Melora and didn't realise at first they had an expiration period of 2 weeks which meant it was jarred up possibly 4 years previous.
