For me personally, that makes a surprisingly big difference. There have been times when my health has meant I have needed something sweet quickly, and previously I struggled with the feeling that I was simply giving my already vulnerable body "sugar". I have been taking Manuka Honey for many years. I do feel I benefit from taking a teaspoonfull a day or a dessert spoonfull on porridge or cereal.
