Often called the ‘sunshine vitamin’, you can absorb levels of Vitamin D through sun exposure however, during winter and even during summer if you protect yourself with suncream, your body is unable to absorb Vitamin D in sufficient levels.

Banish bad breath while dosing up with this peppermint-oil-flavoured vitamin D spray. Each spritz contains 25μg of vitamin D3.

Each spray contains on average: 25μg of Vitamin D3 (1000iu) (500%*) Vitamin D. Spray once daily into the mouth. Recommended for adults and children over the age of 12. Allergy advice: Contains Soya.
