Nelson Honey’s Honeydew is a dark, delightful honey with a taste reminiscent of golden syrup or treacle. Compared to nectar (floral) honeys, Honeydew Honey contains higher levels of complex sugars called oligosaccharides, as well as antioxidants and minerals.
