What benefits could apple cider vinegar bring to my body?

The sugar in apples is fermented to make apple cider vinegar. They then turn into acetic acid, a key component of vinegar that is responsible for its health benefits, alongside the “mother” (the natural bits you see in quality Apple Cider Vinegars).  This super ‘food’ is packed full of 100% natural bacteria, enzymes and minerals which are useful in helping to fight toxins and bacteria within the body, as well as aiding with digestion discomfort and helping with controlled weight loss.

Apple Cider Vinegar is useful in 4 key ways:

Acetic acid, the primary component of vinegar, can kill or prevent hazardous germs from multiplying. It’s been used as a disinfectant and natural preservative throughout history & in different civilisations, before disinfectant was invented.
